Well, there is currently a stuggle going on within my grey matter. I have a big decision comming up to make in life...and as many of you know, that decision is college. Oh what a decision to make! Planning on what I want to be doing for the rest of my life when my life is truely just beginning. Life is such a journey- what a shame it has to be dictated from the beginning of adolesence! But alas, responsibility must be taken and facts faced. Such is life.

With my rapidly approching opprotunity to travel over seas with my parents, I believe that I will grasp the opprotunity and travel with them for a semester. This will allow me to get my head together and also experience what all life has to offer. I hope to learn alot from the culture within The Netherlands, but only time will tell what I can bring out of this experience.

What I'm Looking for...

With my past internship at TKC Communications, I have finally been able to determine what I'd be interested in doing in life. This obviously involves computers and programming. What combines the two together? Computer Science!!! I worked on a Virtual Machine with SQL Server installed and helped program ASPX pages for a customer that TKC had. After the tough challenge of created a stored procedure that acted as an auditing code, I determined that database design and management would be something that I would enjoy doing.

So this year I am taking an Oracle database class, and plan on doing something with SQL and web design for my career. Its a challenge that I found to be quiet rewarding, and look forward to fufilling. The only thing that needs to be done is chosing the school to get my degree, and a christian cause that could make use of my potential!

Possible Schools

Some of the schools that are currently being looked into are:

• Liberty University
  
  

  A Baptist Univeristy in Lynchberg, Virginia. Liberty is fully accredited and offers a wide arragne of degrees and programs

• North Central University
  
  

  An Assemblies of God University in Minniapolis, Minnisota. NCU has some great pastoral studies, and would be great to attend to for two years and then transfer to University of Minisota.

• Virginia Tech
  
  

  One of the nations strongest engineering schools. Virginia Tech has a wide array of degrees and studies for not only Computer Science, but all niches of engineering.
